针对由某公司生产应用于核压力容器的SA508-3钢,在Gleeble1500D热模拟机上,采用凝固法对800℃~1300℃共六个温度水平进行拉伸试验,结合显微硬度,分析不同高温下的组织性能特征。结果表明:断面收缩率、应变和热强度在1000℃时为最大值;六个试验温度下断口附近的组织是形态各异的板条马氏体; 800℃、1000℃和1300℃试验温度下的断口剖面最大硬度分别位于距断口10㎜、14㎜和18㎜处,且1000℃拉伸试样的硬度变化幅度小,其它两个试验温度下的试样硬度变化幅度较大;低温塑性的断口形貌是以沿晶脆性断裂为主;这为后续焊接数值模拟工作提供参考数据有着重要的实用价值。

英文摘要

The new test material which was SA508-3 steel used for nuclear power has been subjected to tensile test in the six temperature levels(800℃~1300℃) by solidifying methods on Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine to analysis the microstructure changes. It was found that the strain, the reduction in area and the thermal strength were all the most value at 1000℃ temperature; the fracture organization of six temperatures were all different form lath martensite; the maximum hardness of 800℃, 1000℃ and 1300℃ test sample were at 10mm, 14mm and 18mm,respectively, the hardness range ability of 1000℃was the lesser, the two other were the larger extent; The fracture morphology of low temperature plastics was main inter granular brittle fracture, which provided the basic parameters has important practical value for weld numerical simulation.
