中文摘要

为更好的适应企业产品快速设计环境下FEA技术的开发与利用,从设计过程知识重用的角度出发,提出了一种基于知识融合技术的产品结构分析优化方法,通过在设计活动中引入动态分析仿真预制流程模板对所设计的产品进行最佳实践的仿真分析,实现结构有限元网格模型与分析计算的参数化,从而支持企业产品设计内部知识和被验证可重复的分析优化方法的可延续形积累。通过在汽车后桥差速器圆锥齿轮结构设计过程中的应用表明:此方法能够协助设计人员在产品开发过程中有效应用FEA技术,改善了设计方案中的应力集中、应力不合理分布与扩展状况,提高了齿轮基体的承载能力,减少了断裂失效的预期,促进了设计质量和设计效率的提高。

英文摘要

To better apply FEA technologies in rapid product development, viewing on the design process knowledge reusing, a knowledge fusion based method is worked out to analyze and optimize product structure. The dynamic analyzing process template is brought into design activity, which can be used to optimize product solution for more developers, and to parameterize the product modeling, meshing and analyzing. Therefore, the product developing knowledge and optimizing method of enterprises can be accumulated constantly by themselves. This method is applied to develop some kind of straight bevel gear in differential case. First, the stress concentration area is found, and the unreasonable expanding mechanism is corrected. Second, the design of bevel gear is optimized to improve the carrying capacity of base. Then the fracture failure rate would be cut down. From experiments, the results show that this method makes for popularizing application of FEA technologies at the higher lever among in all developers.
