中文摘要

利用数控实验机床(CNC),热拉伸实验机和金相显微镜,对AZ31B镁合金板材热渐进成形进行了工艺研究和理论分析。结果表明,镁合金板料在加热条件下可以实现单点渐进成形。极限角随板材厚度和成形温度的增加而增加;各向异性对250℃条件下板料渐进成形影响程度最小;板材的质量是镁合金渐进成形产生缺陷的主要因素之一。AZ31B板料热渐进成形工艺制度:厚度为0.3~1.5 mm,最佳成形温度区间为200~250 ℃,进给量△δ区间为0.1~0.6 mm,成形时间控制在25~30 min,成形极限角为50°~65°。

英文摘要

The process and theory of AZ31B magnesium alloy thin sheet incremental forming at elevated temperature was investigated by CNC machine, thermal stretch machine and metallographic microscope. The results showed that AZ31B alloy thin sheet at elevated temperature can be formed successfully by single point incremental forming. Forming limit angle increases with the increasing of temperature and initial thickness. The effect of anisotropy on AZ31B sheet incremental forming was the minimum at 250 ℃, and the quality of metal sheet was the main factor which can bring defects during the incremental forming. The technical parameters of AZ31B sheet incremental forming were as follows: initial thickness of thin sheet was 0.3~1.5 mm,the best forming temperature was 200~250 ℃, the amount of tool’s feed was 0.1~0.6 mm, the forming time was 25~30 min, and the incremental forming limiting angle was 50°~65°.
