摘要:迄今为止,螺栓连接可靠度分析主要针对单根螺栓连接,而实际工程中螺栓连接均为多根螺栓构成,其可靠度水平的研究目前尚为空白。针对此问题,本文以我国木结构设计规范(GB5005-2003)为基础建立了其承弯承载能力可靠度分析模型,采用可考虑随机变量相关影响的改进的JC法编写了相应分析程序。在大量的数值计算基础上,给出了螺栓连接承弯承载能力可靠度水平: 时,多根螺栓连接的可靠指标与单根螺栓连接的可靠指标相等, 总平均值为4.0023,变异系数为0.0968; 时,多根螺栓连接的 总平均值为5.8681,变异系数为0.1230; 在本文范围内线性改变时,多根螺栓连接的 总平均值为4.1594,变异系数为0.0893。可供修订木结构设计规范参考。

Abstract:So far, the reliability analysis of bolted connections is mainly aiming at the connection with a single bolt. However, all of the bolted connections in actual projects are composed with more than one bolt, which reliability analysis is few or none. For this issue, this paper established a model of its reliability analysis of bending and bearing capacity which is based on the code for design of timber structures (GB5005-2003) in China, and the corresponding analysis program is compiled, with applying the improved JC method which takes the corresponding influence of mutual random variables into account. According to numerous data analysis, it is presented that reliability index of bending and bearing capacity of bolted connections. When ,the reliability index of multi-bolts connections and a single bolt connection is the same, which overall average value and coefficient of variation are 4.0023 and 0.0968; While , the overall average value and coefficient of variation of multi-bolts connections are 5.8681 and 0.1230, respectively; And when linearly changes among the range of this paper, the overall average value and coefficient of variation of multi-bolts connections are 4.15941 and 0.0893, respectively. The results presented in this paper will contribute to modify the current code for design of timber structures in China.
