高速电主轴正朝着高速重载与超高速轻载的方向发展,其动态特性研究是电主轴开发的关键技术之一。主轴超高速运行时轴承刚度的确定是整个研究过程的难点所在。基于滚动轴承的拟静力学模型,计算轴承的动态刚度,并考虑转速、初始预紧力、热预紧力及油膜厚度对轴承刚度的影响,确定出轴承的运行刚度。再以轴承运行刚度作为主轴支撑刚度,建立面向高速电主轴动态性能分析的参数化有限元模型,对主轴动态特性进行分析。分析结果表明,初始预紧力、砂轮悬伸长度、前后轴承跨距、前轴承对间距及电机转子内径等参数是影响磨削电主轴动态特性的关键因素

英文摘要

Based on quasi-statics model of rolling bearing and the calcuation of its dynamic stiffness, considering the impact of speed, initial preload, thermal preload and oil thickness on bearing stiffness, bearing operating stiffness was obtained. Using bearing operating stiffness as spindle supporting stiffness, the parameterized FEM model of motorized spindles was established to analyze dynamic characteristics of spindles. Analysis results showed that those parameters are the key influence factors on dynamic characteristics for grinding motorized spindle, such as initial preload, suspending length of grinding wheel, spacing between front and rear bearings, front bearing set spacing and inner diameter of rotor.
