中文摘要

为了使内置式减振镗杆有比较好的减振效果,在设计时应该对其设计参数进行优化。建立其简化动力学模型进行频域分析无疑是一种简单的方法,但是传统的S.A.托贝斯著作中所用的方法只适用于激振频率不变的情况。为了克服这个难题,可以首先采用全局寻优数值搜索法来求出激振频率在很宽范围变化时,都使得减振镗杆取得相对振幅值的极小值的设计参数值;然后利用幅频响应曲线面积最小法来修正参数值从而得到一组最优参数值。分别绘出用最优参数值优化了的减振镗杆和同尺寸的实心镗杆的BODE图,从图中可以看到优化了的镗杆在幅值上远小于后者且稳定性也比较好,说明了这是一种比较有效的方法。

英文摘要

In order to have a better damping effect, the design parameters of the built-in damping boring bar should be optimized in the design stage. It is generally believed that the establishment of its simplified kinetic model for frequency domain analysis was a simple method. However, the traditional method that was described in S.A Tobias’s book applied only to the constant frequency. In order to overcome this problem, the global optimization search numerical method was used to solve several parameters,which made the damping boring bar has the minimal value of the relative vibration amplitude when the exciting frequency of vibration was in a wide range of changes. In order to obtain the conclusive optimal parameters, the parameters were amended by the frequency response curve with the smallest area method. The optimized damping boring bar and the same size solid boring bar’s BODE chart were drawn. The charts showed that the amplitude of the optimized damping boring bar of which are significantly smaller than the solid damping boting bar’s.
