根据磁流变液变阻尼和磁流变弹性体变刚度特点,结合飞机起落架的工作情况,提出了可应用于飞机着陆缓冲系统的磁流变变刚度变阻尼缓冲器结构方案,建立了其变刚度变阻尼控制模型。针对飞机缓冲着陆动力学过程不连续,设计了加速度反馈和LQG控制相结合的控制策略,通过仿真研究了缓冲器和控制策略的有效性。结果表明,基于磁流变自适应变刚度变阻尼缓冲系统,能在不增加缓冲器行程的情况下,降低着陆时的冲击载荷,提高滑行阶段的舒适性。

According to the characteristics of magneto-rheological (MR) variable damping and stiffness and the requirements of landing gear, an absorber consisted of a MR damper and MR elastomer part in parallel is proposed, which can be applied to the landing absorbing system of airplane, Its control model is formulated. Due to the discontinuous dynamics of landing, a hybrid controller based on acceleration feedback control and LQG control is derived.The simulation is carried out to validate the effect of the proposed absorber and the derived control strategy. The results show that the landing gear based on the variable damping and stiffness absorber can reduce the peak value of impact during landing without increasing the stroke of absorber, and improve the ride comfort during sliding compared to the passive gear.
