为了提高FeMnSiCrNi系形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和回复应力,通过SEM、TEM分析,研究形变时效对Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC经过10%的变形后,由于产生大量的γ/ε界面和层错,有利于随后时效过程碳化物弥散均匀的析出,形成的碳化物的尺寸比不变形时效的更小,数量更多,提高了基体的强度,抑制了不可逆塑性变形的发生,同时,形成的层错在时效后部分保留下来,为应力诱发ε马氏体提供了更多的形核核心,从而提高合金的形状记忆效应和回复应力。变形后时效的形状恢复率比未变形时效的提高22%~40%,加热时的最大回复应力提高35%~143%,室温回复应力提高10%~38%。
英文摘要
The influence of deforming aging on the structure and property of Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC alloy was studied using SEM and TEM. The result showed that, after deforming Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC by 10%, it produces a great amount of γ/ε interface and stacking fault which improves the intensity of matrix and suppresses the occurrence of the plastic deformation of cannot athwart. When the fault partially reserved, it provides more nuclei for stress induced ε martensite, and the shape memory effect and recovery stress of the alloy were improved. The deformed shape recovery ratio of aging promotes much more 22%~40% than the undeformed aging, and also the greatest recovery stress promotes to around 35%~143% when heating, and recovery stress of room temperature promotes to around 10%~38%.
