中文摘要

胶凝砂砾石(Hardfill)材料是用少量胶凝材料将砂砾料固结得到的一种低强度筑坝新材料。通过对材料试验资料的分析,获得Hardfill材料应力—应变关系的特点为:表现出较典型的弹塑性材料应力—应变特征;在低应力水平表现为线弹性性质,当应力达到峰值强度的60%~80%后逐步进入弹塑性阶段,直至达到峰值强度;其后,应力随着应变的增长而减小,表现出明显的软化特征,最后趋近于残余强度。研究建立了Hardfill材料的非线性本构模型,模型共有9个参数,可以通过三轴试验方便地确定。将模型计算所得的应力—应变关系曲线与Hardfill材料试验数据进行对比,吻合程度较好,表明此模型能够较准确地反映Hardfill材料的应力—应变特性。该本构模型可以方便地应用于Hardfill坝非线性结构分析。

英文摘要

Hardfill is a new material with low strength in which the granular materials are solidified with some cementing material.Based on the analysis of data from uniaxial and triaxial tests,the stress-strain characteristics were concluded that Hardfill has typical features as elastic-plastic material in its stress-strain relations.It has linear elasticity in low stress, and gradually shows the plasticity when the stress exceeds 60%~80% peak strength. Surpassing the peak strength,it goes soften obviously as the stress decreases along with the strain increase,and finally reaches the residual strength.A constitutive model for Hardfill material was put forth in which nine parameters can be determined by material triaxial test.The stress-strain curve calculated by the constitutive model fitted closely with the data from Hardfill material test,which showed that the model can display the stress strain features of Hardfill material appropriately.This constitutive model can be used for the nonlinear analysis of Hardfill dam conveniently.
