改进了阳离子交换树脂的粒度和磺化度,以此全交换容量的强酸型阳离子交换树脂为固定相,甘露醇-硝酸-水为流动相,采用电导检测器,建立了低压离子排斥色谱无需抑制柱直接测定工业废水中硼的新方法。研究了硼的洗脱条件与分离条件,在最优条件下,硼的最低检出限为5.0×10-5 mol/L,测定的线性范围为0.2×10-3~5.0×10-3 mol/L,相对标准偏差RSD=2.0%(n=11)。将本方法应用于工业废水中硼的测定,结果满意。

英文摘要

A new method for the determination of boron by low pressure strong acid cation-exchange exclusion chromatography and the conductivity detector was proposed. The chromatographic column was filled with strong acid cation-exchange resin with improved granularity and degree of sulfonic, and mannitol-nitric acid-water was used as eluent. The method needn't a suppressor column, and the chromatographic conditions of separation and detection were modified. The detection limit was 5.0×10-5 mol/L, and the linear range was 0.2×10-3~5.0×10-3 mol/L for boron, with RSD=2.0%(n=11). The method was applied to the determination of boron in industrial waste water with satisfactory results.
