采用45°倾斜燃烧法、极限氧指数(LOI)法、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析法(TGA)等方法测试并研究了烷氧基环三磷腈共混改性阻燃粘胶纤维的燃烧性能和热性能。结果表明,所制备的共混改性纤维的极限氧指数LOI≥28,按日本工业标准JIS 1091-77的阻燃标准,接火次数≥3次,为耐久性阻燃粘胶纤维。对阻燃粘胶纤维的热分解机理研究表明,所加入的阻燃剂具有催化脱水的作用,于290℃左右开始发生化学反应,能促使纤维素提前30℃~40℃开始分解并脱水炭化,使纤维热失重率减少12%左右,阻燃粘胶纤维残留质量增加16%,具有凝聚相阻燃机理,同时具有吸热阻燃和气相阻燃等多重的阻燃作用。

The combustibility and thermal stability of fire-retardant viscose rayon were evaluated by 45°Slope Burning Method, Limit Oxygen Index(LOI), Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC), Thermogravimetry Analysis(TGA). The results indicated that modified fiber could reach the limit oxygen index fire retardant standard(LOI≥28),and fire retardant standard of Japan industry standard JIS 1091-77(Times of ignition≥3 times). The data showed that the fire retardant rayon was a durable fire retardant viscose rayon. The analysis of the fiber's thermal degradation mechanism suggests that the flame retardants play a multi role of catalytic dehydration and carbonization, heat absorption, condensation phase and gas phase flame retardation.
