在金属板带的轧制中,不同品种和宽度的板带需要不同的轧辊原始凸度。在实际工程中,靠人为摸索和经验积累来估计凸度,不仅效率低、成本高,而且误差大。通过数学推导建立起适合不同品种、不同宽度的板带轧制的轧辊原始凸度抛物线曲线预测模型;经过优化和实际应用,采用正弦曲线来预测轧辊原始凸度可以明显减轻二肋浪,提高板带平直度。

英文摘要

Metal plate and strip of different variety and different width require different primordial crown of roller. In practical process, the crown is designed by trial and accumulative experience, leading to low efficiency, high cost and big error. The paper sets up a mathematic model for forecasting the primordial crown of the roller in rolling metal plate and strip with different variety and width. The model is optimized and then practiced. The results show that the model adapting sinusoidal curve to forecast the roller crown can obviously reduce the double-rib wave and thus improve the flatness of the plate.
