对不同固溶温度对Cu-18Al-10Mn形状记忆合金的记忆性能和马氏体转变温度的影响进行研究。结果表明,在650 ℃至900 ℃范围内,经淬火加沸水时效,合金的形状回复率随着固溶温度的升高而升高,在850 ℃左右达到最大值,并趋于平缓。随着固溶温度的升高,合金的马氏体转变温度提高。
英文摘要
The effect of solid solution temperature on the shape memory effect and martensite transformation temperature of Cu-18Al-10Mn alloy were studied. Experiment results showed that after quenching and up quenching heat treatment, the shape recovery rate of the alloys increased when the solid solution temperature changed from 650 ℃ to 900 ℃, and reached the maximum value at 850 ℃. With the solid solution temperature increasing, the temperature of martensite transformation increased.
