以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂、廉价的工业级硅酸钠为硅源,采用水热合成法制备了掺杂V的中孔分子筛V-MCM-41,考察其制备条件对苯乙烯催化氧化反应的影响。实验结果表明最佳制备条件为:采用先加钒源后加硅源,n(Si)∶n(CTAB)∶n(V)=1∶0.2∶0.08的配比,在pH=9.5条件下晶化48 h,制备的V-MCM-41对苯乙烯具有较好的催化活性,BET 比表面积为1003 m2/g,平均孔径为3.944 nm,经800 ℃热处理12 h,其比表面积和孔径保留率分别为81.6%和58.6%,XRD谱图进一步证实此中孔分子筛具有较好的热稳定性。

英文摘要

By hydrothermal method, using hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide as template agent, industrial Na2O·(3.3~3.5) SiO2 as cheap silica source, adding V5+ in the synthesis process, the mesoporous molecular sieves containing vanadium were synthesized. The oxidation of styrene was studied as a model reaction and proper parameters were selected: n(Si)∶n(CTAB)∶n(V)=1∶0.2∶ 0.08, pH=9.5, crystallizing time 48 h. Mesoporous molecular sieve V-MCM-41 with surface area (BET) = 1003 m2/g and average pore size of 3.944 nm was synthesized. After thermal-treating at 800 ℃ for 12 h, the surface area (BET) and pore diameter remain 81.6% and 58.6%. The good thermal stability of the mesoporous molecular sieves V-MCM-41were proved by BET data and XRD spectra.
