奥氏体不锈钢00Cr17Ni14Mo2由于具有优越的综合机械性能而被用于制造重要零部件。为了使奥氏体不锈钢00Cr17Ni14Mo2零部件能安全工作,用MTS高级材料实验机在应变控制条件下获得奥氏体不锈钢00Cr17Ni14Mo2的单向拉伸应力应变曲线和常规的机械性能参数;用三点弯曲试件测定了00Cr17Ni14Mo2的J积分。基于虚拟裂纹闭合法和Rice的J积分法,利用ANSYS有限元商业软件对三点弯曲试件进行了有限元分析计算,获得了相应载荷下的能量释放率G和J积分。并将计算结果与实验值进行了比较。理论计算与实验结果的比较表明:理论计算与实验结果相当吻合,该方法可用于奥氏体不锈钢构件断裂力学参量的数值分析和计算。
英文摘要
The strain stress curve and the J -integral were carried out using MTS machine for 00Cr17Ni14Mo2. Energy release rates G and the J -integral were evaluated based on the virtual crack closure technique and the method for Rice's J -integral. We also get G and J -integral by using the software of Ansys with the same force. Then comparing the solution of caculation with the value of experimental, which shows that they are in good agreement.
