基于人体力学和有限元分析法,针对95%国产碰撞假人设计中的关键性问题进行了设计和分析,完成了95%国产碰撞假人的研制。标定结果表明,在95%中国成人人体参数的基础上灵活运用有限元分析方法能够实现碰撞假人力学结构的仿真性,力学性能的相似性并改善碰撞假人的动态响应,提高了假人设计效率,缩短了假人的开发周期。
英文摘要
To design and analyze 95% Chinese crash dummy, a method that base on human body mechanics and finite element analysis was used, and a 95% Chinese crash dummy was researched and manufactured. The result of test indicated that depending on the parameters of 95% Chinese adults and the flexible application of finite element analysis can realize the comparability of crash dummy about its structure and its mechanical character, and improve the character of its dynamic response. It can increase the efficiency of design and shorten the development period of dummy.
