中文摘要

针对现有大型回转工件超声检测效率低下,劳动强度大,依照个人经验评判缺陷等问题,研制出了超声波在线自动检测系统,主要完成对超声信号的采集和处理,数据的实时存储,信号的消噪处理,缺陷的在线分析与识别等。经过现场的实际应用表明,该系统操作方便,运行稳定、可靠,自动化程度高,大大提高了大型回转工件超声检测的质量和效率。

英文摘要

Based on the investigation of the existing problems in ultrasonic inspection of large cylindrical parts,an online and automatic ultrasonic testing system was developed to detect the inner flaws of lager cylindrical parts. The system includes a ultrasonic transducer and fixture equipment, a set of supplying and recycling couplants,a high speed transmitting and receiving ultrasonic A/D card based on PCI bus, a laptop computer fro factories, a software system , a location sensor and so on. The function of the system is to receive and process the ultrasonic signals, store testing data, and online analyze and recognize inner flaws. Through the application of the factory, the system is proved to be available for diagnosing the defects of the large cylindrical parts.
