为提高磷石膏在水泥中的有效利用,分析磷石膏对水泥性能的影响,采用红外吸收光谱、色质联谱等测试手段对磷石膏中有机物进行定性和定量分析,并研究有机物对水泥性能的影响。结果表明,磷石膏中有机物为乙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、异硫氰甲烷、3-甲氧基正戊烷、2-乙基-1,3-二氧戊烷。有机物主要以物理吸附形式分布在石膏晶体表面,含量约为0.1%~0.2%。它使水泥凝结时间延长,强度降低,尤其是28天抗压强度有较大的下降,通过浮选处理可清除。

英文摘要

For utilizing phosphogypsum effectively in cement, by measurement techniques such as infrared spectrum and color mass spectrum et al, organic matters in phosphogypsum were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Their influence on the properties of cement was also investigated. The results showed that organic matters in phosphogypsum were mainly C5H10O3, C2H3O5, C6H14O, C5H10O2. They were physically adsorbed on the surface of phosphogypsum crystals and their content fell within the range of about 0.1%~0.2%. The presence of organic matters increased the setting time of cement and reduced the strength, particularly remarkablely in the 28 days compressive strength. Their influence could be cleaned out by floating pretreatment.
