以异丙醇为溶剂,用环氧丙烷与碱化壳聚糖反应合成了水溶性羟丙基壳聚糖,并研究了它的水溶性、吸湿性、保湿性以及抗菌性。结果显示,羟丙基壳聚糖具有良好的水溶性,当其取代度DS≥0.40时,产物在pH=1~13的范围均可完全溶于水中;其吸湿保湿性能较壳聚糖显著提高;壳聚糖特有的抗菌性能得以保持和增强。

英文摘要

Hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPCTS) with good water-soluble was synthesized through modified chitosan, which is pre-basified with propylene epoxide in the isopropanol solvent. The properties of HPCTS were studied. The results showed that HPCTS with degree of substitution(DS)≥0.40, is dissolved completely in water over pH=1~13, and has higher moisture absorption; and moisture retention than CTS in the same condition, and has good antibacterial effect as CTS.
