抗力和作用力的综合变异系数的取值是规范套改中可靠度指标检验中的难题。应用复合变量综合统计参数分析原理求解综合变异系数,计算精度高、成果合理。22座水闸资料分析显示该方法理论推导严密、计算简便、具有较好的适用性。研究表明,综合抗力变异系数是影响可靠度指标的主要因素,综合作用力变异系数影响较小。综合抗力变异系数受扬压力折减系数的影响较小,而抗剪参数和抗剪断参数影响大,特别是岩基和粘土地基的抗剪断参数c。
英文摘要
It is difficult to define the value of comprehensive variability coefficient of resisting force and acting force in reliability index inspection. This problem can be solved by the computation of the comprehensive variability coefficient and the computational precision is high and the result is reasonable. The method is used to analyze the data of 22 sluices and gets good precision, high performance and well practicability. The results show that the main influence factor to reliability index is the comprehensive variability coefficient of resisting force. The comprehensive variability coefficient of resisting force is slightly affected by reduction factor of uplift pressure, but affected by shearing strength factors.
