我们首次提出在β 衰变诱发 X 射线谱技术(BIXS)中采用金属薄膜代替氩气作为β射线阻挡层来获得氚化钛薄膜样品中氚含量及深度分布信息的方法。本文利用基于Monte Carlo方法的PENELOPE并行模拟程序,分别模拟了以Al、Au金属薄膜和Ar气作为β射线阻挡层的BIXS技术。为了得到可靠的氚分布反演结果,我们比较了GENEREG与Regularization Tools (Regutools) 两种反演程序包的反演方法,研究表明GENEREG程序的反演结果较好。

英文摘要

Instead of argon gas, recently we proposed the use of a metal film as the β-ray stopping layer in the ?-decay induced X-ray spectroscopy (BIXS) to analyze the total tritium content and the tritium depth profile in tritium-contained titanium sample. In this work, we applied the Monte Carlo PENELOPE code to simulate the BIXS experiments using aluminum, gold metal films and argon gas as the β-ray stopping layers, respectively. In order to obtain a better and stable inverse method, GENEREG and Regularization Tools (Regutools) software packages were applied to deal with the ill-posed problem in the BIXS technique. Our results showed that the GENEREG package could provide more reliable results for tritium content and depth distribution analysis.
