针对植入式医疗设备、无线传感器以及手机等便携式电子设备的特殊应用, 设计实现了一套基于三线圈结构的小型化非对称能量传输系统. 基于三线圈系统的等效电路模型, 推导了三线圈系统传输效率的表达式, 分析了三线圈系统的传输特性和最大效率传输的耦合匹配条件. 设计实现的系统接收线圈的外径仅为38.0 mm, 厚度为0.6 mm, 在10 mm距离下测得的传输效率达79.4%, 在100 mm距离内传输效率超过50%.通过仿真和实验对比研究了接收端线圈垂直平移、水平平移和偏转对系统传输效率的影响.

This paper studied the miniaturization design of an asymmetric three-coil magnetic resonant coupling wireless power transmission system for the special application of implantable medical devices, wireless sensors and portable electronic devices such as mobile phones. Based on the equivalent circuit model, the expression of the transmission efficiency of the three-coil system is deduced and the transmission characteristics of the three-coil system and the condition of the maximum efficiency transmission are analyzed. The outer diameter of the receiving coil is only 38.0 mm and the thickness is 0.6 mm. the measured transmission efficiency is 79.4% at 10mm distance, and the transmission efficiency is above 50% within 100mm distance. The effects of the axial misalignment and deflection angle on transmission efficiency are studied by simulation and experiment.
