中文摘要

以Tb3+ 掺杂纳米TiO2 为研究内容,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成不同Tb3+ 掺杂量、不同煅烧温度的Tb3 + -TiO2光催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外(FT=IR)等现代分析技术对Tb3+ 掺杂TiO2纳米晶样品的结构进行测试、表征。以孔雀石绿溶液为目标降解物,研究了稀土Tb3+ 掺杂量和煅烧温度对其光催化活性的影响。实验结果表明:Tb3+ 掺杂纳米TiO2 能够细化晶粒,提高热稳定性;Tb3+ 掺杂提高了TiO2光催化活性。当煅烧温度为400℃时,Tb3+-TiO2=2.50%的催化剂,在自然光照射下,降解孔雀石绿溶液3h,降解率可达81.1%。

英文摘要

The Tb3+-TiO2 photocatalyst with different amounts of doped Tb3+ and under different calcination temperatures were synthesized by sol–gel method, and characterized by XRD and FT-IR and photocatalytic activity.Malachite green experiment was chosen to evaluate photocatalyst’s activity. The results showed that the obtained powder is anatase TiO2, and with the Tb3+ doped, which indicating that Tb3+ doped rare earth can refine the grain. The photocatalytic material experiments of malachite green degraded showed that, calcined at 400 ℃, Tb3+-TiO2 molar ratio of 2.5% catalyst, irradiated without lighting 3h, the degradation rate could be 81.1%.
