In order to promote the network data transmission rate and the energy efficiency of the network, a queue management method is proposed by hybrid Gravitional search algorithm. At first, the indexes of energy efficiency are defined, which are measured the effective information capacity and transmission rate. Then, the queue management method is optimized with hybrid Gravitional search algorithm. Finally, the mathematical simulation is conducted to analyze the influence of queue length and packet size on network energy efficiency. The results show that it has better adaptability.
