利用MTT法测定26种呋喃酮类似物对Sf9细胞的毒力, 采用浸渍法测定这些化合物对菜青虫3龄幼虫、菜蚜的触杀作用, 并对其关联性进行比较. 结果表明: 26种呋喃酮类似物中, 对Sf9细胞有增殖抑制作用的化合物为25种, 对菜青虫和蚜虫均有触杀作用. 细胞增殖抑制率与活体生物活性测定结果比较, Sf9细胞与菜青虫的关联性大于与蚜虫的关联性. 在四大类化合物中, 1 呋喃基 3 取代苯基 2,3 二溴丙酮类化合物(Ⅱ类)细胞毒力测定与活体生物活性关联性大于其他三类, 其中的Ⅱ1、Ⅱ3两种化合物的抑制率与校正死亡率均高于60%, 抑制率分别为(62.9±3.21)%和(72.5±3.16)%, 校正死亡率分别为68.42%、6395%和73.68%、75.58%, 细胞毒力与活体检测关联性很大

The toxic effect of 26 furanone analogs against Spodoptera frugiperda (Sf9) cells were measured, the contacting activities against 3rd instar larvae of Pieris rapae and Lipaphis erysimi were also determined, and the relevance of cytotoxicity and bioactivity was also discussed. Thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and immersion method were adopted respectively to test the cytotoxicity and contacting activities. It is suggested that 25 compounds had inhibitory effects on Sf9 cells and the contacting activities of 26 compounds were observed. The relevance of cytotoxicity and bioactivity against 3rd instar larvae of Pieris rapae was bigger than bioactivity against Lipaphis erysimi. Compound Ⅱ had shown better relevance to cytotoxicity with bioactivity. The inhibition rates of compound Ⅱ1 and Ⅱ3 were (62.9±3.21)% and (72.5±3.16)%, and the adjusted mortality of compound Ⅱ1 and Ⅱ3 were respectively 68.42%、63.95% and 73.68%、75.58%, they exhibited well inhibitory effects against Sf9 cells and high contacting activities against insects with a big relevance.
