镉和酸雨胁迫下抗性菌对平菇生理指标的影响

以平菇为材料, 在不同浓度镉污染土壤(0,15,5,15mg/kg Cd)中喷洒抗镉菌CG3和 FQ2, 做盆栽试验, 并施加模拟酸雨,研究平菇体内镉的富集水平、平菇干重和脂质过氧化程度(MDA).研究表明抗性菌CG3和FQ2分别表现出较强产铁载体能力(353±007 mg/mL)和IAA(indole 3 acetic acid)能力(3475±132 mg/mL).抗性菌和酸雨都增加了平菇镉富集量. 在酸雨环境中菌株CG3富集镉水平高于菌株FQ2(CG3>FQ2); 在非酸雨环境中FQ2效果好. 抗性菌使平菇干重比对照增加125%~411%, 酸雨在Cd为15mg/kg土壤中增加平菇生物量, 在高镉含量土壤中降低平菇生物量. 在非酸雨环境中MDA与土壤中重金属浓度呈正相关, 无论在酸雨还是在非酸雨环境中, 施用CG3菌株的MDA小于施加FQ2菌株的MDA.
英文摘要
The effects of metal resistant microbes on P. ostreatus were studied under the complex toxic effect of cadmium and simulated acid rain (pH 45) in pot experiment by the measurement of cadmium accumulation, dry weights and lipid peroxidation (MDA). CG3 and FQ2 showed strong ability of siderophore production (353 ± 007 mg/mL) and IAA capacity (3475 ± 132 mg/mL) respectively. The cadmium accumulation in mushroom was positively increased by both of bacteria and acid rain. The content of cadmium with bacteria CG3 treated is higher than bacteria FQ2 under acid rain, while it is opposite under non acid rain. Microbes increased the growth of mushroom (125%~411%). Acid rain increased mushroom biomass in the soil contaminated by Cd 15 mg/kg. MDA increased with the increasing of cadmium in soil. Whether in the environment of acid rain or non acid rain, MDA of bacteria CG3 treated is less than bacteria FQ2 treated.
