中文摘要
建议采择指的是决策者对于他人建议的采纳或者拒绝。通过对建议采择领域研究成果的梳理,介绍了建议采择的概念和作用,分析了建议采择的经典研究范式(JAS),着重探讨了影响建议采择的决策者、建议者以及决策情境因素。最后,对建议采择领域未来的研究方向进行了展望,包括提高JAS的生态效度,分析决策者的建议质量识别机制,基于面子、关系等中国文化背景因素分析中国人的建议采择机制。
