农产品加工产业中信息技术型人力资本效应研究

选择农业加工产业,采用C-D生产函数来测算信息技术型人力资本的效应,发现在技术进步不变的情况下,2003—2010年间在农产品加工业产值增长中起主要作用的首先是物质资本,其次是劳动力资本,最后是发挥在传统人力资本身上的信息技术型人力资本,这说明在以劳动密集型为特征的农产品加工产业中,信息技术资本在传统的人力资本身上发挥的作用不突出,亟需建设信息技术型人力资本作用的有效发挥机制。
