农村流动人口的居住模式,空间分布与城市融合研究

中文摘要
我国研究流动人口的空间分布与城市融合应该区分由雇主提供住房与自主租赁住房两种形式。通过对使用应答推动抽样获取的1042名农村流动人口样本进行数据分析,并结合地理信息系统分析流动人口地理数据,发现雇主提供住房者总体来看是个人流动,而租房者更像是家庭流动,特别是携带了未成年子女的流动人口中也更有可能租房。而从地理区位来看,租房者与携带未成年子女者的居住具有城郊化的趋势。基于数据分析可见,两种居住状态的流动人口的城市融合有差别,建立适合我国的流动人口空间融合理论应将此考虑进来。另外,流动人口解决自己在城市中的住房问题上能力不足;而要提高流动人口的城市融合,应该重视与流动人口有关的住房政策。
