新自由制度主义视角下中印能源的竞争与合作

中文摘要
作为两个发展中的能源消费大国,中国和印度在向海外寻求能源的过程中,出现竞争是不可避免的。目前两国已意识到竞争只会对第三方有利,在新自由制度主义思想的指导下,中印两国已尝试在能源领域放弃"零和博弈"战略转而采取"竞合博弈"战略。中印能源领域的竞合关系符合新自由制度主义的指导思想。尽管两国的能源合作取得了积极的成效,但中印能源合作仍面临着一些制约因素。
