中文摘要
中国制药产业的追赶代表着中国在诸多系统复杂性产业的发展未来。部分领先制药企业的实践表明,中国制药产业无法采取跨越式的追赶,因为首要的制约因素是技术的系统复杂性,当然制度和知识输入的不足也发挥着显著的影响。中国制药产业的追赶需要建立适合自身的部门创新系统,以自身的技术能力培养来确立未来产业竞争的基础。
