顾客体验理论的进展、比较及展望

随着社会经济形态的演变,人们对顾客体验内涵的认识不断加深,诞生了一些有价值的顾客体验理论。本文阐释了五个顾客体验理论,即体验情境说、流体验说、体验二元说、体验双因素说和战略体验模块说,基于此对上述理论进行比较研究。结合中国的实际情况,指出今后中国顾客体验理论研究的四个方向:一是顾客体验理论的整合研究,二是顾客体验理论的本土化研究,三是基于互联网的顾客体验理论研究,四是顾客旅游体验的理论研究。
