当今社会已经步入电子化时代,计算机网络信息系统影响到我们生活的方方面面,在劳动关系领域也不例外。在互联网带来便捷的同时,也引发了不少的劳动问题,如员工隐私保护问题,员工言论自由问题,员工劳动报酬权实现的方式问题,等等。通过对美国相关实践的考察,针对我国现实中或者将来可能存在的问题进行剖析,未雨绸缪,期望给有关部门提供有益的建议。
