探究了足弓结构与跑鞋类型对足底压力分布的影响。选取21名女大学生(正常足、扁平足和高弓足各7名)分别穿着3种不同类型的跑鞋(减震鞋、控制鞋、稳定鞋),以3 m/s的速度对慢跑状态下的足底压力分布进行测试,使用双因素重复测量方差分析分别对峰值压强、接触面积、压强时间积分等动力学指标进行分析。足弓结构与跑鞋类型对前掌区域接触面积的交互作用具有显著性,且高弓足人群穿着减震鞋时前掌区域接触面积最大;足弓结构对后跟区域峰值压强的影响具有显著性;跑鞋类型对足底区域的各个指标的影响均具有显著性。跑鞋类型因素对足部动力学指标的影响显著削弱了足弓结构的差异,这可能会对预防运动损伤提供帮助。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of arch structure and running shoe type on foot pressure distribution. Seven subjects with normal arch, 7 subjects with flat arch and 7 subjects with high arch were selected to wear three different types of running shoes (cushioned shoes, motion control shoes, stable shoes). Plantar pressure distribution was measured at a speed of 3 m / s when running on the treadmill. The peak pressure, contact area and pressure time integral were analyzed with two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures. The interaction of foot arch structure and running shoe type on the contact area of the forefoot area was significant, and the contact area of forefoot area of the people with high arched foot was the largest when wearing cushioning shoes, and the influence of the foot arch structure on the peak pressure of the heel region was significant. The type of running shoes had significant effect on every parameter. Conclusion: The effect of shoe type on the dynamic parameter of the foot weakened the difference of arch structure, which may be helpful to prevent sports injury.
