目的 探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌( OSCC) 间质成纤维细胞中α- 平滑肌肌动蛋白( α- SMA) 的表达水平及意义。方法 收集新鲜OSCC 组织标本34 例, 以正常口腔黏膜( 5例) 、口腔扁平苔藓( 6 例) 和口腔白斑组织( 9例) 为对照, 在冰冻切片上行α- SMA 和波形蛋白免疫组化染色( SP法) 。结果 OSCC 组α- SMA 的平均染色分值和染色阳性标本百分率均高于对照组( P

Objective To study the expression of α- SMA in stromal fibroblasts of different pathological grades of OSCC. Methods Fresh specimen of 34 cases of OSCC and 20 cases of controls（including 5 cases of normal oral mucosa, 9 cases of oral leukoplakia and 6 cases of oral lichen planus）were collected and made into freezing slides. The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of α- SMA and vimentin.
