复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）的发病与多种因素有关，而性激素分泌异常是其中一个重要的发病因素。本文就雌激素、孕酮、雄激素和催乳素等性激素对RAU 发生发展的作用等研究进展作一综述。

英文摘要

Recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU） is considered to be associated with many factors. The abnormal secretion of sexual hormones is one of the important factors. This article reviews the current knowledge about the role of sexual hormone in etiology and pathogenesis of RAU.
