细胞周期蛋白D1 （ CCND1）是调控细胞周期的关键因子，其异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展和预后有关。ccnD1 基因A870G 的多态性可能是导致CCND1 高表达的原因之一，本文就A870G 的多态性及其研究方法、A870G 的多态性与肿瘤发生的相关性、A870G 的多态性与肿瘤发展的相关性等研究进展作一综述。

英文摘要

Cyclin D1 （ CCND1） is a key regulator in the cell cycle. Overexpression of CCND1 protein significantly correlated with the development, progression and prognosis of various tumors. Recently, ccnD1 gene A870G polymorphism has been identified at nucleotide A870G. In this paper, the association of CCND1 A870G polymorphism with the development and progression of tumors is reviewed.
