Fused teeth are fused from 2 dental germs, frequently seen in deciduous teeth and rarely in permanent teeth. Lingual cusp deformity, mostly occurring in maxillary lateral incisors, arises from malformation of enamel organ which is influenced by external stimulation of dental germs. The report illustrates fused permanent teeth combined with lingual cusp deformity.
