在牙种植领域,拔牙后牙槽骨的形态和尺寸对种植体的存活率有较大影响。其中,牙槽骨壁的高度和厚度是进行种植时重要的参考指标,锥形束电子计算机断层扫描常被用于获取牙槽骨的三维图像并进行测量,但由于牙槽骨三维结构较为复杂,形态多样,目前存在不同的测量方法和分型标准。上颌前牙区是进行牙种植手术的常见部位,本文主要综述了上颌前牙区牙槽骨的测量方法与分型标准的作用,为牙科种植手术术前方案设计和临床科研提供参考。
英文摘要
In dental implantology, the changes of shapes and dimensions on the alveolar ridge have great impacts on the implant success rate. Moreover, the height and width of the alveolar ridge are crucial indexes in implant placement. Cone-beam computed tomography is usually used to obtain the 3-dimensional images and measurements of the alveolar ridge. However, the 3-dimentional structure of the alveolar ridge is complex and has shape diversity. Therefore, there are different methods of measurement and various standards of classification in the studies. The upper anterior teeth are common surgical sites in dental implant surgery. Therefore, in the present study we review several methods of measurement and classification of the upper anterior teeth,in order to provide a reference for proper planning before implantation and clinical research.
