动脉瘤样骨囊肿（ABC）是一种少见的膨胀性、溶骨性的囊性病损,既非囊肿,又非肿瘤。常发生于长骨的干骺端及脊椎,较少发生在颅面骨,发生在下颌髁突者更为罕见。本文报道2例发生在下颌髁突的ABC,分析其影像表现和临床特点,旨在提高对本病的认识。

Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a rare, expanding and osteolytic lesion which is neither cystic nor neoplastic disease. ABC rarely occurs in the craniofacial bone, and the lesions in mandibular condyle are scarce. In this paper, we report two cases in mandibular condyle of ABC which were confirmed by histopathology. The aim of this paper is to explore the radiographic and clinical features of ABC and improve the understanding of the ABC in mandibular condyle.
