近年来,口腔特有的成体干细胞,包括牙髓干细胞、脱落乳牙干细胞、根尖乳头干细胞、牙周膜干细胞、牙囊前体干细胞等作为种子细胞为组织再生研究提供重要的细胞来源。现就这些牙源性干细胞的特点以及其在骨组织工程中的应用研究进行综述。
英文摘要
In recent years, adult stem cells obtained from dental tissue, including dental pulp stem cells, stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth, apical papilla stem cells, periodontal ligament stem cells and follicle progenitor cells, provide sources of seed cells for oral tissue engineering in dentistry. In this paper, we review the characteristics of these adult stem cells and their applications in bone tissue engineering.
