壳聚糖是唯一的天然碱性氨基多糖,海藻酸是一种天然阴离子多聚糖,这两种物质都具有良好的生物相容性,无细胞毒性,具有生物可降解性,是制备微球的良好材料。本文综合阐述了近年来国内外联合利用壳聚糖和海藻酸两种天然高分子物质制备微球的主要方法(包括离子交联法和乳化法),以及海藻酸-壳聚糖微球作为药物载体在生物医药领域的应用。
英文摘要
Chitosan is the only natural alkaline amino polysaccharide, and alginate is a kind of natural anionic polysac-charide. These polysaccharides are good materials for microsphere preparation because of their good biocompatibility, nontoxicity and biodegradability. This paper reviews the main methods (ion crosslinking and emulsification) of microsphere preparation by using the combination of chitosan and alginate and its application as a drug carrier in biomedicine.
