羌活的化学成分研究

目的研究羌活的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、氧化铝、反相等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,应用质谱,核磁等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从羌活的根及根茎甲醇回流提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:异欧前胡素(isoimperatorin,Ⅰ)、孕烯醇酮(pregnenolone,Ⅱ)、镰叶芹二醇(falcarindiol,Ⅲ)、佛手柑内酯(bergapten,Ⅳ)、去甲呋喃羽叶芸香素(demethylfuropinnarin,Ⅴ)、苯乙基反式阿魏酸酯(phenethyl trans-ferulate,Ⅵ)、柠檬油素(limettin,Ⅶ)、异紫花前胡苷元(marmesin,Ⅷ)、羌活醇-(18-O-20′)-羌活酚(notopterol-(18-O-20′)-notopol,Ⅸ)和茴香酸对羟基苯乙酯(hydroxyphenethyl anisate,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离的化合物。
