基于临床用药的合理性及需求,从抗菌药物临床药师的视角,理清临床上急需的抗菌药物品种,探讨抗菌药物研发的思路。以降低药物相互作用的利福布汀、针对耐药肠杆菌科细菌而开发的口服前体药物、增加感染部位靶浓度为目的的靶向制剂等策略来研发新药。
