伏康树籽中吲哚类生物碱的分离与纯化

目的分离并纯化伏康树籽中的吲哚类生物碱。方法先采用传统的柱层析法分离其醇提物,再采用半制备HPLC系统进行纯化,收集对应峰的流出液,检测产品的纯度,结合理化常数测定及波谱学技术确定其结构。结果通过传统柱层析法分离得到生物碱类化合物柳叶水甘草碱(Ⅳ),经过半制备液相色谱法分离得到3-oxotabersoine(Ⅰ)、(-)-pachysiphine(Ⅱ)、(-)-lochnericine(Ⅲ)等生物碱单体。结论除化合物Ⅳ外,其余3个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。利用半制备色谱技术和传统柱层析法结合,分离纯化伏康树籽中结构类似的吲哚生物碱,具有简便、快捷和周期短等优点。
