复方阿奇霉素颗粒剂的含量测定

目的测定复方阿奇霉素颗粒剂中主成分的含量。方法阿奇霉素的测定采用HPLC法,用Diamonsilplus C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,0.5μm),检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1),进样量10μL,柱温40℃,以6.7 g·L~(-1)磷酸氢二钾-乙腈(40∶60)为流动相;盐酸溴己新的测定采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长310 nm。结果 0.1~0.9 mg·mL~(-1)阿奇霉素的线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为100.30%(RSD=0.89%),可用于阿奇霉素的含量分析。盐酸溴己新的浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9991),平均回收率为99.80%(RSD=1.11%),紫外分光光度法可作为盐酸溴己新的含量测定。结论所用方法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,回收率高,可为复方阿奇霉素颗粒剂的质量控制与合理用药提供参考。
