延龄草皂苷对小鼠急性胰腺炎和相关肺损伤的影响

目的研究延龄草皂苷对小鼠急性胰腺炎(AP)和相关肺损伤的作用。方法从BALB/c小鼠胰腺中分离原代腺泡细胞,通过碘化丙锭(PI)和Hochest染色,评估延龄草皂苷在体外对牛磺胆酸钠(NaT)诱导的腺泡细胞坏死的影响。将BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和低、高剂量(50、100 mg·kg~(-1))延龄草皂苷组,经胰胆管逆行注射3%NaT构建AP;于造模1、4 h后,ip给予延龄草皂苷,空白对照组和模型组给予等体积的生理盐水。造模24 h后,处死小鼠并收取血液、胰腺和肺组织,用于生化和病理检测。结果延龄草皂苷可显著抑制牛磺胆酸钠诱导的腺泡细胞坏死,降低胰腺淀粉酶和脂肪酶的升高,改善胰腺和肺的病理损伤。结论延龄草皂苷可显著减轻AP诱导的胰腺和肺损伤。
