中文摘要
目的研究赤芝Ganoderma lucidum子实体中的三萜类成分。方法通过硅胶柱色谱和制备HPLC法分离化合物,用多种波谱解析手段鉴定其结构。结果与结论分离得到了6个三萜类化合物,分别为ganosinensic acid C(Ⅰ)、灵芝烯酸D(Ⅱ)、灵芝酸C6(Ⅲ)、赤芝酸A(Ⅳ)、灵芝酸N(Ⅴ)、灵芝酸H(Ⅵ);其中化合物Ⅰ为具有特殊的五环骨架体系结构的羊毛甾烷三萜类新化合物。
