目的采用TLC法检查甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片中的有关物质。方法使用硅胶G薄层板,以氨水饱和的氯仿-甲醇(9∶1)为展开剂,1%对二甲氨基苯甲醛为显色剂。结果该方法能有效分离并检测甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片中的有关物质。结论所用方法专属性好、灵敏度高,可用于甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片中有关物质的检查。
