HPLC测定降脂宁胶囊中的红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷

中文摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定降脂宁胶囊中红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷的含量。方法采用SunFire C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温35℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长278 nm。结果红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷的平均回收率为99.42%,RSD=2.99%。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用于降脂宁胶囊的质量控制。
